Team Repair is a multi-award winning startup on a mission to tackle the electronic waste crisis, by instilling a repair mindset into the next generation. Young fixers receive a gadget with built-in faults to debug, disassemble, and repair—boosting their confidence to tackle repairs and encouraging them to explore the science behind how things work. We operate an innovative circular service: once a repair is complete, children return their gadgets so they can be ‘broken’ and reused for the next child.
